Description:
The non permeable water loss instrument is to pour 300CM3 of 20 mesh to 40 mesh sand into the cylindrical perspective drilling fluid cup on the filter screen without filter paper, then pour 500cm3 of drilling fluid, tighten the cup cover, connect the air source, adjust the pressure to 0.69mpa, open the air release valve, and the air source enters the drilling fluid cup. The measurement starts. The filter area of the instrument is 18 ± 0.60cm2. The pressure is provided by the gas passing through the regulator. Observe the penetration of drilling fluid through the cup.
