Host structure:
It adopts portal structure, double space form and aluminum alloy external. The high-strength host frame and movable high and low temperature test box are composed of high-precision ball screw and precision linear guide rail. All parts are processed by the machining center at one time to ensure the dimensional tolerance of the host and the accuracy of the whole machine.
Electrical system:
It adopts domestic well-known brand electrical parts, which are safe and reliable, and is equipped with overload protection, overheating protection and leakage protection. It is equipped with photoelectric proximity switch and emergency stop button. So as to avoid the loss caused by misoperation.
Measurement and control system:
It adopts high-precision measurement and control system of testing machine, brand computer, high-quality servo motor and service controller, high-precision load sensor and displacement sensor, so as to realize accurate control, high response frequency and accurate indication. It is equipped with special fixture, which is suitable for various tests and meets the mechanical property test of bending and tensile of materials.
